Snorkeling with Triton Divers

Snorkel trips & free diving Although we cannot guarantee any animal encounters our skippers and dive masters will do their absolute best to find them for you! You can see dolphins and turtles all year round from our boats Triton Discoverer and Triton Explorer. If you are very lucky you may get to see a Whale Shark or a Manta Ray. During the winter months from June to October you can see the Humpback Whales on their annual migration past our coastline which on a good day will be a show of them breaching and splashing. Depending on the surface conditions our guide will take you on a gentle drift over 2 mile reef to wonder at the schools of fish and tapestry of coral beds.

Dive Courses

At Triton we offer all levels of scuba diver training from PADI junior diver (10 years old) all the way to PADI instructor courses plus all the different diving specialty courses. Our instructors are certified with PADI. We offer career development with PADI scuba diver internships up to instructor level. level http://www.tritondiving.co.za/internships We have been a premier dive resort in Sodwana Bay since 1996 and we are an authorized PADI Dive Center.

Diving

We offer scuba diving to all reef complexes at Sodwana Bay and have marks for +-100 different dive sites between 10 and 120 metres. There are several reef complexes In Sodwana Bay including two mile reef, four, five, seven, eight and nine mile reefs and each reef has many different dive sites to choose from.

Accommodation

Our accommodation ranges from two to four sleeper brick thatch cabins sharing 3 communal ablutions blocks, en-suite rooms, en-suite chalets and budget accommodation in a 6 sleeper wooden cabin, also sharing the 3 ablution blocks. We also offer secluded fully equipped self catering houses with two bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen, shower and toilet, deck/verandah, and private barbecue area.
